Commercial Export Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery Incoterms & Port Options

All export contracts issued by Shree Shyamji Food Industries Pvt. Ltd. operate under standard ICC Incoterms® 2020:

• FOB (Free on Board): Mundra Port / Nhava Sheva Port / Vizag Port (India).
• CFR / CIF (Cost, Freight & Insurance): Delivered to destination port specified in buyer's purchase order.
• Domestic Ex-Factory: Loaded at Shree Shyamji Food Ind. Pvt ltd, Village Ghonth, Tehsil – Nawpara, Dist-Raipur, CG 493881.

2. Payment Protocols & Credit Terms

Standard international payment options accepted for container shipments:

• Irrevocable LC: 100% Irrevocable, Confirmed Letter of Credit at sight issued by a top 50 international prime bank.
• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% advance deposit upon Proforma Invoice confirmation, balance 70% against scanned copy of Original Bill of Lading & Phytosanitary documents.

3. Pre-Shipment Inspection & Certificates

Every export container lot is subjected to rigid quality testing prior to stuffing. Each shipment includes official certificates:

• APEDA Registration cum Membership Certificate (RCMC).
• Govt Phytosanitary Certificate & Fumigation Certificate.
• Independent SGS / Intertek inspection report for purity, moisture (under 14%), and grain elongation (upon buyer's request).

4. Packaging & Tolerance

We offer bagging as per customer need (Non-woven, PP, Jute, BOPP). A standard manufacturing tolerance of +/- 2% on quantity and bag weight is applicable according to international grain trade norms.

5. Force Majeure & Arbitration

Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by Acts of God, government export bans, port strikes, or natural disasters. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Raipur (Chhattisgarh, India) under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
